Huge thanks to The Oxford Mail

On Monday 7 July, the Oxford Mail posted a story about petitions, both for and against the plans for Puy du Fou's development, being set up.

And so, not to be left out, a Readers Vote [sic] was included in that story. The poll was created and was set to run until 21 July 2025.

Today the poll shows a very interesting result ... of the 5364 votes cast, 76% are against the development. The public has overwhelmingly spoken.

Once again, thank you to The Oxford Mail - great work!

But we do have to ask why did The Oxford Mail change the close date of the poll to today (since we started to write this post, they have closed the poll, a whopping 12 days early!)

Seriously, why?

Has someone asked them to close the poll, if so, who?

Do they not like to hear what people really think and want?
